Experiments!

I found this experiment online. We took whipping cream and processed it two ways. First we put half of the cream in a jar and shook the day lights out of it and we made butter! Then the other half of the cream we whipped up and made whipped cream. Two very yummy things made out of the same stuff! I had never made butter before, so that was pretty cool. Try it!
